The order is validated at receipt of payment, either by bank cheque, bank wire transfer, or through PAYPAL remittance.
The product or products are stocked is packed as of receipt of the purchase order, before being validated for payment by cheque. This is the buyer’s guarantee that his merchandise is allocated available. The stock is freed in the event of a bank refusal or of non-receipt of cheque within a delay of five working days, as of the order’s entry.
The order may be withdrawn directly at our store. In all other cases, the shipping will be done via post, either colissimo or international. Delivery deadline is subject to the option chosen and the carrier.
Specially designed packaging protects our products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the condition of the product upon arrival, so as to settle any litigation with the carrier in the event of any damage. This implies opening the package and visually verification of verifying the product with the carrier present at that time.
Given our policy to constantly improve our products, the characteristics may be altered without any prior notice. The buyer wishing for an exactly identical performance from an existing system may make a special request to this end.

GREEN TAX AND RECYCLING OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT WASTE (DEEE)
Electro Magnet Speaker subscribes to the policy of paying the Green Tax and the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment waste. As such, a 0.30 € green tax inclusive of taxes is applied per unit on all loudspeakers, as well as a 0.10 € tax inclusive of taxes on all power supplies. In compliance with Decree No. 2005-829 of 20 July 2005, we are committed to taking back our end of life end-of-life products and directing them to to the recycling waste bins. We will also take back your used products that will be replaced by an equivalent new one from our production. You will, however, incur assume the shipping fees. If you wish to recycle your used products yourself, we will gladly give you the coordinates of a waste recycle plant close to your location.
Our products should never be thrown out – they must be well treated and valued.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
Our loudspeakers are guaranteed for 2 years, including parts, labour, and returned merchandise shipping fees.
Excluded from the warranty are :deterioration of the membrane or other parts due to impact or inappropriate use, outside the norms tolerated by the product.
Some limited editions or series comprise a lifetime guarantee.
Electrical or electronic products are guaranteed for one year and should be returned brought back to the workshop.
Repairs on loudspeakers are guaranteed for 6 months. Electrical or electronic repairs are guaranteed for 3 months.
